Terms and Conditions

Version of 26 October 2026. These terms apply to every order placed on site-web.lu.

1. Who is selling

The service is sold by AR Digital, 19, boulevard Marcel Cahen, L-1311 Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B242067, VAT LU31924086, telephone +352 691 243 016, email hello@site-web.lu (hereinafter “we” or “us”). The customer is the person, whether a private individual or a business, who places the order (hereinafter “you”).

2. What the subscription includes

• A one-page professional website (up to 6 sections), built from the template for your trade and customised to your brand: colours, logo, photos, copy.
• Writing of your copy based on the questionnaire you complete after ordering.
• A domain name, registered in your name and renewed by us for as long as the subscription runs. If you already have a domain, we connect it to the website.
• Hosting of the website, the security certificate (HTTPS), backups and security updates.
• A professional email address on your domain.
• Basic local SEO: titles, descriptions, structured data and technical information for search engines.
• Two rounds of revisions at delivery.
• After that, one small change per month: a piece of text, a photo, opening hours or a price to update. It cannot be carried over from one month to the next. Larger requests are subject to a quote.
• Support by email and phone, on business days.

3. Options

Options chosen when ordering are paid once, together with the first month. Their price including VAT is shown in the order process and on the payment page. They include, in particular, setting up your social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile), full branding (logo, colours, fonts and a mini style guide), an express logo, an English or German version of the website, and additional pages. Social media accounts are created in your name and you receive administrator access to them.

4. Ordering

You choose your template, your domain name and your options, then enter your contact details and state whether you are ordering as a business or as a private individual. A business provides its registered company name and its VAT or RCS number. Before paying, you accept these terms by ticking the box provided. The contract is concluded upon payment of the first month. You receive a confirmation by email, with a summary of your order, the end date of your minimum term and the link to the questionnaire.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are stated in euros, including Luxembourg VAT at 17%.
• The subscription costs €49 incl. VAT per month, payable in advance. The first month is paid when you order. Subsequent months are charged automatically to your card on the same date each month.
• The activation fee is €299 incl. VAT. It is waived for any order placed up to 11.59 pm, Luxembourg time, on 31 December 2026. After that date, it is invoiced with the first month.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card details.
• Your invoices are sent by email.
• The monthly price is guaranteed during the minimum term. Any subsequent change will be notified to you by email at least 2 months in advance, and you may cancel free of charge before it takes effect.

6. Duration, minimum term and cancellation

• The subscription is concluded for a minimum term of 6 months from the date of the order. The end date of this period is stated in your confirmation email.
• At the end of these 6 months, the subscription continues from month to month. You may then cancel it at any time, with one month’s notice, by email to hello@site-web.lu. We confirm the cancellation by email.
• You may request cancellation before the end of the 6 months. In that case, the website remains online until the end of the minimum term, and the monthly payments remaining until that date are still due.
• We will remind you by email of the end of your minimum term at least one month in advance.

7. Go-live

Your website goes live at a temporary .site-web.lu address within 24 business hours of receipt of your completed questionnaire and your photos. You review it, we make your revisions, and it moves to your domain name as soon as you approve it. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Luxembourg. If anything is missing, we will ask you for it, and the time limit runs from the date we receive it. If you order as a private individual without requesting immediate performance, we start work at the end of your 14-day withdrawal period, and the 24-business-hour time limit runs from that date at the earliest.

8. What you provide

You provide us with accurate information and with content (text, photos, logo) for which you hold the rights. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information published about your business (prices, opening hours, qualifications, mandatory information for your profession). We may refuse to publish unlawful content.

9. Ownership

• Your domain name is registered in your name. You are its holder.
• The content you provide remains yours. The copy we write for you, as well as the logo and branding ordered as options, are assigned to you once paid for.
• The website template, its layout and its code remain the property of AR Digital. You have the use of them for as long as the subscription runs.

10. End of the subscription

At the end of the subscription, the website and the email address are deactivated. You keep your domain name: we give you the transfer code free of charge, or we connect the domain to the solution of your choice. On request, we send you your copy and images. Remember to save your emails before the end date.

11. Late payment

If a payment fails, Stripe notifies you and automatically tries again. If the payment is not settled within 15 days, we may suspend the website and the email address, after notifying you by email. They are restored as soon as payment is settled. Your domain name remains in your name.

12. Right of withdrawal (private individuals)

If you order as a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to hello@site-web.lu or to the postal address above, for example using the form below.

If you ask us to start work before the end of this period (box provided when ordering), you may still withdraw, but you owe us an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the date of your withdrawal. We refund the remainder no later than 14 days after your withdrawal, using the means of payment you used.

13. Money-back guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, and whether you are a private individual or a business: if you are not satisfied with the result within 14 days of go-live, despite the two rounds of revisions, we refund everything you have paid (first month and options). The subscription ends and the website is taken offline. Domain name registration fees already incurred remain due, and you keep the domain.

14. Liability

We do everything we can to keep your website and email address available, but we cannot guarantee availability without any interruption (maintenance, an incident at a technical service provider). We are not responsible for the commercial results of the website or its ranking in search engines.

15. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our legal notice and privacy policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If a problem arises, please contact us first: we always look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you may also refer the matter free of charge to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation (National Consumer Ombudsman Service) in Luxembourg. You retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
