Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). The subscription is charged every month to the card registered when you ordered: Stripe stores your card details for these recurring payments, and site-web.lu never receives or stores them. AR Digital is the controller of the data collected on this website.
- Order and questionnaire: name, company, email, phone, preferred domain and the content of your website. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: for the duration of our business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
- Template request: trade, name, email or phone, message. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: 3 years after our last contact.
- Analytics and advertising: only with your consent; see the Cookies section.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Write to hello@site-web.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.

The copy we write, and any logo and branding ordered, are transferred to the client once paid for.
